Koloocheh — also spelled kolosh, koloshi or kolooche — is the soft filled cookie of Lahijan in northern Iran. Ours come in three fillings, walnut, pistachio and coconut, four cookies to a 7 oz box, baked in Colorado from a traditional family recipe.
