Shipping policy
At Honey Bird Sweets, we ship our freshly baked Lahijan Koloocheh across the United States. Every order is baked daily and packaged carefully to arrive fresh at your doorstep.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on orders of 4 or more boxes
- $10 flat rate on orders of 1-3 boxes
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing time: 1-2 business days (orders are baked fresh after being placed)
- Delivery time: 2-3 business days after shipping
- Total time: Typically 3-5 business days from order to delivery
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery. If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@honeybirdsweets.com.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if you experience any shipping issues, please contact us at sales@honeybirdsweets.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will offer you a choice between a full refund or a free replacement.

Buy with Prime Orders
Orders placed through Amazon Buy with Prime follow Amazon's shipping policies and timelines. Prime members typically receive their orders within 1-2 business days.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at sales@honeybirdsweets.com and we will do our best to update it before shipping.
