Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Orders placed on a business day ship the same day; orders placed on a holiday ship the next business day. Shipping is free on orders of four boxes or more.

Freshness

Every box carries a four-month shelf life, with the expiry date printed on the package. Keep it in a cool, dry place — not the refrigerator, which hardens the dough. Once opened, reseal the wrap and finish within two to three weeks.

Refunds

Koloocheh is a food product, so we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, or you are unhappy with it for any reason, email sales@honeybirdsweets.com within one week of delivery and we will refund you. You do not need to send anything back.
