Refund policy
At Honey Bird Sweets, we take great pride in baking our Lahijan Koloocheh fresh daily using an authentic family recipe. Because our cookies are perishable, freshly baked food items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or buyer's remorse.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of every box we ship, and we will make things right if your order arrives damaged or has a quality issue.
Quality Guarantee
If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if you receive a product with a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer you a choice between:
- A full refund of the affected product(s), or
- A free replacement sent to you at no additional cost.
How to Report an Issue
To report a damaged item or quality concern, please email us at sales@honeybirdsweets.com within 7 days of delivery, and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photo(s) of the affected product(s) and packaging
We review every report personally and aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns. Please do not ship products back to us unless we specifically request you to do so.
The following situations are not covered by this policy:
- Change of mind or personal taste preferences
- Issues reported more than 7 days after delivery
- Products damaged due to delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Products left unattended at the delivery location for extended periods
Refunds Processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Order Cancellations
Because we bake fresh daily, orders enter production quickly after being placed. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@honeybirdsweets.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests received before your order has been prepared for shipping.
