All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship across the United States using standard ground shipping. Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days from the day your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on bulk orders of 3 or more packs.

Freshness Guarantee
Every order is baked fresh and shipped quickly to ensure maximum freshness. Our koloocheh stays fresh for up to 45 days at room temperature in the original sealed packaging.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged or you experience any shipping issues, please contact us at sales@honeybirdsweets.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Buy with Prime Orders
Orders placed through Amazon Buy with Prime follow Amazon's shipping policies and timelines. Prime members typically receive their orders within 1-2 business days.
